Winter Fashion and Beauty - 2013/2014

Here are trends that have been very popular this winter:

1. Beanies

These have been a huge trend, and even our favorite fashion icons have been rocking this with their outfits. Beanies that are colorful, to beanies that have studs and words on them have been worn throughout this season.

2. Skater skirts

Whether it is leather or velvet, or just the plain material kind, these skater skirts have been worn a lot throughout the last couple months.

3. Infinity scarves

These scarves are easy to style, and are cute and comfy. They come cable knit, or comfy cotton. They have been huge in fashion this season.

4. Boots

Yeah, uggs are comfy, but a girl can't live without some stylish boots!

 Here are a few different boots that are popular this year:

Combat boots come in every shade between light chestnut to brown to black! They can also have studs, or be folded over to reveal a tribal or floral print.

Doc Martens are boots that come in patent and normal leather. Above on the left are the normal leather black ones, in the center are the floral ones, and on the right are the white patent leather ones. 

Riding boots are also in style. The most popular ones come from Steve Madden. The ones above are brown with gold studs and an orange zipper in the back.


7. Printed Leggings
These have been very popular throughout the course of this season. There are galaxy leggings, black and white striped leggings, tribal/aztec leggings, etc.

6. Dark Lip Colors
Burgundy, maroon, dark red, and wine lip colors have been worn with make up looks a lot this year.

7. Winged Eyeliner and Red lips combo 

This combination makes a vintage make up look, and is very popular during the holiday season.

Taylor always wears this look on any occasion.

Vanessa is rocking the combo with a top not, long silver chain earrings, and furry cheetah coat. 

Lily Collins is pairing the look with nice defined brows, and curly, tousled hair.
